Having worked across multiple industries, including retail, banking, consultancy services, chemical & media, Jackie brings a wealth of knowledge & insights into what effective leadership looks like.

Until 2016, Jackie was the CHRO at Sanoma Media Group, where she served as a trusted advisor & thought partner to the CEO & the Board by challenging the status quo & driving radical leadership changes throughout the management ranks.

Prior to this at DSM Chemicals, Jackie worked closely with the CEO & the Board on leadership & organisation effectiveness, focusing on the recruitment, development & coaching of executives & talents across the globe.

Of English nationality, Jackie currently resides in the Netherlands & has worked/lived in the UK, Germany, Finland, USA & Jamaica.

She holds a B.A Honours in Business Studies, is an accredited test user by the British Psychological Society, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD) & is a member of the Rotterdam School Of Management (RSM) Advisory Board.
